not taking action on my complaint I am disappointed of service i have, i got the dodge journey 2015 RT from Mac Nielle motors and trade my old dodge journey 2013 RT, when i registered I am disappointed of service i have, i got the dodge journey 2015 RT from Mac Nielle motors and trade my old dodge journey 2013 RT, when i registered to SGI it was not inspected on out of province inspection, so SGI told me to return it back or call the dealership to do an inspection, so i phone shane the one who i dealt with the SUV and he told me if i can go to canadian tire to do some inspection and reimburse my money that i will use for inspection, then here comes another disappointment... it took 2 months to stop my old payment on my old dodge journey 2013 RT,i called how many times for folllow-up, they are just saying promises that they even not care, even an update no one called me, so i call and call many times, they are just passing my complaint. i ask alex the store manager he said he will fix it right away, but until now my manual for the SUV dodge journey RT was not even mailed on my address, it's been 3 months already and even my reimbursement was not given back to me yet!!! is that how mac nielle service giving to their customers? i read also your online reviews lots of complaint as well ...feeling so disappointed!!! More

I am here to tell you ALL THE BAD reviews on these pages are true, look at all of them especially page 15. Wow I can’t believe that a company continues to behave like this to people. I can tell you I had the same experiences as in these reviews. This is a problem that starts right at the heart of the company from the MacNiel brothers right to the managers of their facilities! I purchased a vehicle from them and the best part is, as far as the vehicle is concerned I am more than satisfied (well I was)! I was not ripped off, I was misled, actually lied to about the features of my vehicle. Not sure if they thought I wouldn’t find out. When I outed the company for lying to me (I hate when people think because I am a woman, I am stupid). This company tried to set me up to become belligerent and unprofessional and when I wouldn’t bite they actually called my spouse and blamed me for being unreasonable. Idiots were too arrogant to realize that I was acting on his behalf because he was too mad to deal with their bull! This company tried to play a married couple against one another, ask yourself is this who you want to deal with?? I really could go on and on here but this has been reported to the Better Business Bureau, I welcome you to go on their site and look at how they score as far as their dealings with people. I will not get specific, it will bore you! But what I did, when I found out their lies was, I went to the dealership for the make of my vehicle and was told by their sales people that for them to sell me my vehicle with the same sales pitch as used at MacNiel Motors, it would be like selling someone a bar of gold for them to later find out was a nice shiny painted rock!! Oh and to add, Mr MacNiel poked fun at my lack of business knowledge, seeing your companies behaviour makes me come to the conclusion that I have as much, if not more business sense, to run a used car dealership than you! Bought a new truck I was so excited to buy my first new truck. I went to MacNeil Motors in Dartmouth (the new branch they just opened). I was shown a beautiful 2012 Ram I was so excited to buy my first new truck. I went to MacNeil Motors in Dartmouth (the new branch they just opened). I was shown a beautiful 2012 Ram Sport with a chrome package. They said the truck was mint. Come to find out once I purchased the truck, the front bumper was broke in several places and fixed with sheet metal screws. Then come to find out the the chrome package is (((PLASTIC))). Lesson learned. Now I have a $17,000.00 truck that I am paying $32,000.00 for. Also, they don't tell you the price of any vehicle on the lot. They pull a credit report and see how much you qualify for and charge you what you are approved for. I am a very dis-satisfied customer......All I can say is stay away. Just an overpriced, commission driven company. I feel sick over this experience. Hopefully nobody else gets played like I did. More

They were fast & friendly I have purchased many cars from MacNeil Motors and have not been disappointed. I was greeted by Landon at the door and he helped me select this car out of 100's on the lot. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and make my car buying experience very comfortable. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would recommend MacNeil Motors to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
