After an extensive f**k around loosing my keys and more exuses the truck wasn't ready to be picked up for 4 days after the sale. So I would have rated them 3 stars until a couple months ago they asked if I wanted to refinance my truck for a lower interest rate (I have good credit but still some how have a 10% rate) when I went in to sign the papers they asked if I was interested in a new truck I said no and after a few short hours of wasting my time the "bank" could only get me a lower interest rate if I bought a new truck lol while explaining why I didn't want a new truck the new salesman also mentioned I had another year of payments I was told 4 when buying the truck sure enough I looked into it and I'm paying an extra $8000 on top of the final loan price because of the type of loan I signed (which is also my fault) but not once did they tell me it was a 5 year loan, long story short I'm paying $43,000 for a truck that is now worth $16-18,000 I COULD HAVE BOUGHT THE SAME TRUCK NEW FOR THAT PRICE! They are absolute con-artists wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy More

They went above and beyond to get me a vehicle I went to Mcneil Motors on Pleasant St in Dartmouth and Tony and Brennan did everything possible to get me into a car, I was taken out and bought a co I went to Mcneil Motors on Pleasant St in Dartmouth and Tony and Brennan did everything possible to get me into a car, I was taken out and bought a coffee and Tony stayed with me for the wait...my car broke down on the way there and Tony actually came to get me on the side of the highway...what courteous service...everyone was friendly and courteous the whole time I was there...would recommend this dealership to everyone I know...what a great team More

Terrible service, where's our 3000$ cash back? I dealt with blue Deal was done, we were told 2000 cash back for co signer, and 1000 for buyer. We were told there finance manager would call us back, he's yet to call but act ignorant and pretty stupid in my eyes. Blue said he's waiting for an "accountant" and hasn't replied yet. Until we get word on what's going, I don't recommend anyone to this place if they got poor credit, wait and build it, or be royally screwed in the end. We are gonna further this to the law, and the place we finance through. What a joke of a company More

worst dealership Im planning to trade my car their and talked to marcelo as my salesman..it took almost a month and asking every day that i missed of 1 requirments..al Im planning to trade my car their and talked to marcelo as my salesman..it took almost a month and asking every day that i missed of 1 requirments..almost 4times a week been there,because marcelo always told me i am approved already.unfortunately,when i get there,they said that,i need a cosigner.after i got cosigner,they did it again! asking for additional requirments for my cosigner everyday! and so happens that my cosigner already backed out,and the worst is they told me return my car the one i am planning to trade to the bank because of my existing balance so that they can give me vehicle.but still i went home again without a vehicle.so i cancelled my application and ask them to bring back my deposit and my paystubs,.until now,they did'nt give me my deposit and when i phone them,they said they gonna mail to me.almost 1week without update what happen to my deposit.and today i phone alex(manager) and ask it,.he told me to confirm my address..really? after we talk and write down my address..they are crazy people..NOT RECOMMENDABLE!! very poor service!! Worst car experience ever bunch of liars I went to a liquidation event in Prince Albert after reading about it on Facebook. The ad said they must liquidate over 350 cars but there were only a I went to a liquidation event in Prince Albert after reading about it on Facebook. The ad said they must liquidate over 350 cars but there were only about 25 vehicles at the event. After giving my budget and looking at some vehicle found a couple I liked, the dealer would not tell me the price of them unless I started financing and would let them do a credit check. I was told by a salesman that one vehicle I could easily do $100 bi weekly payment, turned out to be $300 with high interest. Was also told that all of the vehicles were owned by the bank and were about $2000 to $3000 off suggested retail price. I later found out that none of the vehicles were in fact owned by the bank, they were all owned by MacNeil motors, and that all of the vehicles were above the suggested retail price, not below. Will never recommend this company to anyone. More
