I am blown away with each service and each time I meet with any of the Sales and Service staff at MacCarthy Motors. They are simply the best! I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this establishment. I bought a truck in May 2022, a month later my check engine light came on. I purchased the extended warranty so I brought it to their establishment. I bought a truck in May 2022, a month later my check engine light came on. I purchased the extended warranty so I brought it to their service department. This happened 5-7 more times from July 2022 to January 2023. Last month I drove the truck out of there service department and the engine blew up. There has been no resolution and they have not been accommodating. I give it 0 stars. Do not buy a vehicle from here. More
