I am glad I did not buy a vehicle, was ready to buy, but joe could not provide any history or service details on the vehicle. The answer I got we have a big lot and I haven seen the vehicle lately to give you up to date pictures and details. Owner sometimes drives vehicle. Seems to me a shady business. Very fortunate not to buy from them. Saved my hard earned money. Hope future beers read this review to warn them , beware and stay away!!!! More

My experience. I bought my first car from MTC in January 2015 and as part of the sale I negotiated for summer tires and rims to be included. Come spring, I decid I bought my first car from MTC in January 2015 and as part of the sale I negotiated for summer tires and rims to be included. Come spring, I decide to switch my winter tires to the summer ones acquired as part of the vehicle purchase. While in the process of switching the tires it became apparent that my car has 4 bolts, while the wheels (from the dealership) have 5 bolts. I called the dealership to explain the current situation (on a Saturday), and was told that the garage manager would be available from 9am-7pm on the following Monday. On Monday, I called the dealership at 11am and was told by a staff member that I would be called back regarding the current situation after they had spoken to the garage manager. After hearing nothing from the garage, I call back to follow up and am told that I have to come to the dealership with my car to speak to the garage manager in person. While I was originally told the garage manager would be in until 7pm (by a staff member), he had instead opted to leave at 3pm shortly thereafter I had spoken to a staff member who told me I had to come in to the dealership to explain the situation to the garage manager. I only found this information out when I called the garage back again to confirm a meeting time with the manager. I asked to speak to the garage manager directly and was placed on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold, I hung up, called the garage back and was finally able to speak to the garage manager and explain my situation. He states that the garage “did me a favor” by including the wheels in the purchase AND stated that they had not checked the wheels when they originally purchased the car and then subsequently sold it to me. The garage manager continues and offers to give me new rims BUT will charge me to transfer my tires to the new rims. After I express that this is not an appropriate solution and would prefer that they rectify the situation by putting the tires on the correct rims free of charge the manager hung up on me. At this point I called back again, and ask to speak with the garage manager’s manager. I am given the name Charlie, with no additional details for apparent privacy reasons. The dealership has failed to fix the situation, and it is disconcerting to believe that the dealership both purchased and sold a car without first verifying that the tires were correct. Let this be a warning to future customers of MTC Auto Sales. More

After expressing my interest in a car, they demanded a $500 deposit before even proceeding with any kind of paperwork. Once I gave them my money, it took them 4 WEEKS to process the paperwork. Their excuse? Their manager was on vacation and didn't want to work while he was away. Why are they still even doing business in that case?! When the papers did arrive, they information was ALL WRONG. After I personally sent them back corrected TWICE, they were returned to me to look over and once again, ALL WRONG. They dragged their feet, made ridiculous excuses, and overpriced the car I wanted. When I had enough, I told them to forget it and I demanded my deposit back. When I received the check, the guy slammed the check on his desk and didn't even look or speak to me. These guys should not be in business; utterly rude customer service and an overall terrible experience. These guys are a bunch of arrogant, rude crooks. Go elsewhere! More
Incredibly unprofessional business. They misrepresent cars and blatantly lie about the vehicle backgrounds. Do not trust that they have the cars advertised on the internet. This business is run by people cars and blatantly lie about the vehicle backgrounds. Do not trust that they have the cars advertised on the internet. This business is run by people who give used car salespeople bad names. I would never go back to this dealership in my lifetime. I have never been so insulted or disappointed by a business. I am not sure how they can keep ther business license. More
