Would NOT recommend going into Richmond Mini. Just entering the store, nobody acknowledges your presence and I basically had to go up to a salesperson -Natalie, and beg to see anything. Her response was immediately “We probably don’t have anything” and was incredibly cold up until we were about to sign for a car. After that, when we were interested in a newer, much more expensive car, we were met with a TON of misinformation, and even a miscalculated tax number (which was checked over by Richmond Vancouver)!! There was only ever bad news, with absolutely no effort to accommodate us. Only ones to mislead and perhaps even trick. More
