Booking Issues No one answers messages, no one answers calls (other than their receptionist), no one is available to address issues. I've tried a few weeks to book my car in to get serviced, and can't seem to get anyone to do it. I've called in 5 times, completed their application online, and talked with reception who transfers me to voicemails that are never answered. I can't comment on the quality of work, because the customer service has been horrible. More
No customer service. I went in to Ottawa MINI East for the first time Saturday March 29 2014 to set up a service appointment and to check out this location as I just moved I went in to Ottawa MINI East for the first time Saturday March 29 2014 to set up a service appointment and to check out this location as I just moved to Ottawa. I usually service and purchase at MINI Durham. No one acknowledged my presence (female) all the sales workers were men and there was two older men looking at the BMW's in the showroom. When a sales employee was free he walked straight to his desk. I walked up to him and said hello and he said "yes?" I asked if I could make a service appointment for my MINI and he said "Do you need to leave it?" I said no, but I do need an appointment rather soon. He said "Call monday someone will help you". I understand he works in sales but for someone who is young, my MINI isn't going to last forever and after that I definitely won't be buying at Ottawa East, and most likely not another MINI or BMW. A card with the number, or some acknowledgement of existence would be nice, I would not recommend anyone here, especially when Mercedes Benz is around the corner. More
Service Manager is terrible. We placed an order for winter tires with our salesman, went to pick up the tires and they ordered the incorrect tires for our car. We originally ordered tires for our car October 7th, went to pick them up in early November and today November 26 was the follow up call after we left repeated msg's on the parts department and service answering machine. So we asked for a refund and then asked to have a e-mail sent to us with the correct sizes for our car and to call us. She said she left a "Lengthy MSG" for "Jim", if she had our file on hand she would have known that, that not either of our names, and that maybe she called the incorrect number. She did not follow up her lengthy msg to see if we wanted to order tires. Now she just called and said that she sent an e-mail as well, nope, not even in the junk e-mail folder. She is blaming us, and know for sure no phone calls (Cell or Land Lines) or e-mails have been left. On the up side KAL TIRE has run flat tires at a good deal. More
