GRAND RIVER MINNI BAD INTEGRITY AND BUSINESS PRRACTICES. I called to purchase a lease return that was being pre-certified and not on site. The dealership manager (Matt) told me the car would not be back un I called to purchase a lease return that was being pre-certified and not on site. The dealership manager (Matt) told me the car would not be back until Friday and still not ready to be purchased. They said that I was the first person in line for the car and made me an appointment for Saturday. The car returned to the dealership Friday morning and they sold it, without even giving me a call. The dealership has very bad integrity and customer service> I have been driving mini's for over 15 years and have never been treated with so much disrespect. They are very friendly when they want your money in your pocket....buyers beware they are not trustworthy and do not stand by their word. More

It would have been nice if the key for the roof rack didn't have to be ordered; nor a rear wheel needed rebalancing, or the fact that within a couple of days, I needed to have both Key Fob batteries replaced. Did I mention that a side trim panel clip was broken and now I need to come back to have it replaced? At least it is still under warranty. Still a very good vehicle and the team there was very helpful to get all these issues looked after. It is because of this, if I wanted a BMW or a MINI product, I would definitely go back to them to see what deals I can get. More
