BOOKED DIESEL TRUCK IN WITH 8AM DROP OFF ON A MONDAY MORNING. WAS FIRST IN THE DOOR. WENT TO CHECK ON IT AT 2PM BECAUSE I HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT, AND IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT YET. EXCU MORNING. WAS FIRST IN THE DOOR. WENT TO CHECK ON IT AT 2PM BECAUSE I HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT, AND IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT YET. EXCUSE WAS THAT IT HAD TO GO THE DIESEL TECH, WHICH THEY KNEW WHEN I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT, BUT HE WAS STILL WORKING ON YESTERDAY'S JOBS, THIS IS MONDAY, SO NOT "YESTERDAY" JOBS!!! WAS TOLD IT MIGHT SEEN BY 230 AT THE EARLIEST FOR DIAGNOSIS, THEN MAY NEED TO ORDER PARTS EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM WHAT IT WAS COMING IN FOR. AN EXHAUST BRACKET, A NEW HOOD RELEASE CABLE AND 1 DIESEL ISSUE, WHICH COULD REQUIRE PARTS- YES ..... ABSOLUTE xx. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. NOT ALL THOSE ISSUES ARE DIESEL SPECIFIC!! WHAT A WASTE OF A DAY! WILL NOT RETURN!!! More

I purchased a used 2008 Ford Ranger XL from MGM Ford. I must say it was one of the most pleasent car purchases I have ever made. There were a few items that needed to be rectified and the dealership had I must say it was one of the most pleasent car purchases I have ever made. Get your Mechanics Trained I've been in here multiple times, First time was to get the code for the door on my truck and they said they needed to take it for an hour and charge I've been in here multiple times, First time was to get the code for the door on my truck and they said they needed to take it for an hour and charge me $100. Google told me to go to a spot on my truck that took 4 mins to get the code for free. 2nd time was getting a car for my sister...... Man I never been so stressed, Clueless salesman's, Not friendly at all, and when it came to getting the car they didn't want to fix the roof cover that was hanging down, said it was going to cost $2200 to fix it. Ended up getting it fixed and buying the CRV but man I never been so freaking mad leaving a Dealership. 3rd time was getting the warranty work done on my Truck. I purchased it through Scott Subaru and I am thankful i did. Got the Extended warranty with it and when the term was at the end i got them to inspect it and send it in for work. Well they brought it here to have the Turbos looked at. All they did was water pump and a solenoid, ok... what about the oil in the turbo? They sent it back to Subaru not touching the Turbos... it was Subaru that checked it over multiple times and had them check multiple things otherwise MGM wouldn't have gave to cents about the well being of my truck. Ended up getting a lot of work done rather then the 1/3rd they initially fixed. Thanks for caring. Stay away from this place. More

Ended up selling my truck commercialy to the telecon price we had discussed via another dealer. More
