I had a great experience! Rob found me the perfect suv for a great price! Since I had no car to get to town he came to us for signatures and then delivered my brand new chevrolet Orlando lt. I couldn't be happier no attempts to add more fees etc he was open about my options and only added what I asked for. Couldn't be happier. If you need a new or even used car I would 100% recommend lounsbury. I had dealt with 2 other dealers for 2 weeks and they kept adding fees everywhere gave up on them and tried lounsbury and was the best experience. I can't wait till we buy our next vehicle as I know where I'm going! Gl car shopping! I'm a mother of 3 so I care about my car and don't have a lot of time to mess around and lounsbury did all the legwork for me ;) More

PART 2...2006 CHEV SILVERADO LT. BOUGHT THIS TRUCK 3 MONTHS AGO AND SO FAR HAVE SUNK IN OVER 4000 IN REPAIRS. THE BRAKES WERE SHOT 3 WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT THE TRUCK (400.00). THE GAS TANK HAS A HOLE ON T MONTHS AGO AND SO FAR HAVE SUNK IN OVER 4000 IN REPAIRS. THE BRAKES WERE SHOT 3 WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT THE TRUCK (400.00). THE GAS TANK HAS A HOLE ON THE TOP(600.00). ALL THE BRAKE LINES WERE ROTTEN (750.00) LAST WEEK THE TRANSMISSION LET GO (2700.00). ALL THIS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO THROUGH 110 POINT INSPECTION. THE DEALERSHIP DID GIVE ME 250 DOLLARS TOWARDS THE BRAKE REPAIRS. THEY ALSO SAID NOT ALL VEHICLES GO THOUGH THE 110 POINT INSPECTION...I WAS NOT TOLD THIS PRIOR TO BUYING THE THRUCK. THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO THEM IS BECAUSE OF THE 110 POINT INSPECTION. THEY ARE ALSO HIDING BEHIND "AS IS WHERE IS" BUT WHEN YOU SPEND 11000 ON A VEHICLE THIS SHOULD NOT APPLY. MY LAWYER IS LOOKING INTO THAT LAW. LONG STORY SHORT, DEALERSHIPS SHOULD STAND BEHING THEIR VEHICLES THEY CHOOSE TO SELL, THIS ONE DOES NOT. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOBODY GOES TO THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP FOR ANY USED VEHICLES. YOU'RE BETTER OFF JUST BUYING IT FROM JOE BLO ON THE STREET, SERVICE IS THE SAME!! More
