Why I bought my second Dodge at Chevy Dealership. Best dealership in Moncton hands down and I am going to tell you why. I'm not a Chevy guy...I prefer the Dodge. I've also had a few Honda vehicles Best dealership in Moncton hands down and I am going to tell you why. I'm not a Chevy guy...I prefer the Dodge. I've also had a few Honda vehicles (we purchased a 2014 CRV last year new from Moncton Honda).I've researched and shopped at all the dealerships in the Moncton area and beyond. Lounsbury gives satisfaction no matter what brand of vehicle you are into. In particular, my salesman James Small was especially helpful. There was no pressure, just honesty and a drive to satisfy the customer. This guy has been doing this for a long time so there was no "smoke and mirrors"...good salesmen know that it is important to satisfy the customer, support the product they are selling and do whatever it takes to send the customer away happy. He understands that this is not the last vehicle we will own and if we are happy, we will come back to the dealership in the future. Second to our home, vehicles are the most important asset we can own. We need to get to work, meet appointments, take our kids to functions, go to the store for bread or explore the countryside on a fun road trip. Lounsbury has this understanding. They back up what they are selling no matter the brand. I bought a 2012 Dodge Challenger from Lounsbury, used with 33,000km on it. I always buy "new used". I've been looking for this particular car for a long time. Within 5 days the vehicle had a problem unrelated to Lounsbury or Dodge. I was taken care of in an immediate fashion. My car was returned better than new in a short period, (big thanks to the detailing man over there, I forget his name but this guy is good! I'll being going back in the spring for a detail, shampoo and wax!). To be frank, we are very familiar with the Dodge, Hyundai and Honda dealerships in town. We guarantee you will not find a better car buying experience anywhere in this area. Almost two years after buying our 2014 CRV, we are still dealing with Honda about an VTC actuator problem...on a brand new vehicle! No results, just an answer that a new part is being manufactured. Not sure who the guy is we talk to because after we signed the papers, Moncton Honda was not "available" much and though they have popcorn on site...some things are more important. I have bought 4 vehicles from James Small since I moved to Moncton and it is an absolute pleasure to deal with him..He has knowledge and has a no pressure laid back attitude and is always their to say hi w to Moncton and it is an absolute pleasure to deal with him..He has knowledge and has a no pressure laid back attitude and is always their to say hi when he see's me in service..I needed a car one day and their were no rentals available and he loaned my husband and I his own truck..Our car wasn't going to ready that day and he called us and said not to worry and to keep his truck over night and he would make arrangements for a vehicle for himself to get home..We would highly recommend Mr Small to all our family and friends..
