Unexpected Upon And Beyond Great Service Monday January 21, Moncton was coated with inches of ice. Where I live all cars must be moved from the parking lot by 11 am so snow removal can be don Monday January 21, Moncton was coated with inches of ice. Where I live all cars must be moved from the parking lot by 11 am so snow removal can be done. I started my car remotely twice between 10am-11 am to try to melt the ice to enable me to get into my car. I could not get the doors open or car started again. After hours of failing I called Lounsbury's service center around 3 pm to ask for help. Within 10 minutes 2 gentlemen arrived they opened doors, started car, cleared ice and moved the car to make sure that the tires were not stuck in the ice. Within 10 minutes they were done and NO CHARGE!!! I was floored. I told them that I had no idea that they did that. I was told "anytime". WOW I have always talked about how pleased I am with the great service I receive from Lounsbury's Furniture and Lounsbury's Auto. The service is beyond anything that I have ever heard of. I will continue to spread the word about my great experiences with them. More
