Lounsbury's for the win! We had been shopping for some time on an AWD SUV for our family, as we live in the country and Atlantic winter driving sucks on a good day. We also h We had been shopping for some time on an AWD SUV for our family, as we live in the country and Atlantic winter driving sucks on a good day. We also have to contend with a steep (mountain) of a driveway to get our son to daycare and at the time 9/10 had to walk him up as our car could not make it. After some unsuccessful shopping with other dealers, we were pointed in the direction of Lounsbury's and James Small to discuss our needs. We reached out to him and could not have been happier with the results. James took the time to email us a variety of choices currently available and listened to our needs. When he got something in that he thought would be a fit he let us know. In the end we decided to go NEW and purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. Best decision we ever made. Only a few days after bringing home our purchase we were hit with yet another storm and were so excited when we were able to make it up the daycare driveway (when others failed I might add). James knew how important this was to us and actually called to check in that night to see how we made out. He was so excited for us when we gave him the good news. That is what I call someone who cares about his customers! If you need anything - go see James. He loves what he does and it shows.
