This rating pertains to our cash purchase of a new vehicle with no trade-in. We have not yet visited the Service Department as the vehicle is too new. We were provided the opportunity to test-drive the vehicle on both city streets and a stretch of the ETR 407. Afterwards, our sales consultant Parko Tai explained every line item in the sales proposal, and was very accommodating in meeting our needs. He made sure the vehicle was in mint condition when we picked it up. It was important to us that we could make the purchase decision on our own terms. More

This dealer ship is horrible and I would not recommend anybody buying a car from them the beginning they tell you what you want to hear and make everything smooth for themself but the minute you drive awa anybody buying a car from them the beginning they tell you what you want to hear and make everything smooth for themself but the minute you drive away with that vehicle kiss that same hospitality good bye and god forbid your vehicle has issues which it 90% will there going to tell you well this is why we sold you a warranty package and then further more tell you to take it to a completely different dealership where the vehicle didn’t even come from not only that just expect to pay a bunch of extra fees cause the warranty they sell you does not cover everything even if u did spend $42,000 only for it to break down not even a month later and have the warranty only cover $2300 on a $4000 repair bill. They do not inspect there vehicles properly and then when you message them they’ll answer and tell you there’s nothing they can do and then stop responding to your messages completely. Would not recommend this dealership to anybody More

We had a really great experience with Anson Wu who was our sales person. He was very professional and kind in assisting us with our purchase. When a couple of unforeseen difficulties occurred, he was pati our sales person. He was very professional and kind in assisting us with our purchase. The worst dealership I dealt with. Approx, in March-April 2023 we ordered a new Kia Sportage PHEV SX. Paul King, the sales manager at the time assured us that it wouldn't take more th Approx, in March-April 2023 we ordered a new Kia Sportage PHEV SX. Paul King, the sales manager at the time assured us that it wouldn't take more that a year to get a desired car. They charged $500 dollars of deposit and gave not a single evidence of putting me in the waitlist - no order number, no reservation number. In a half a year, we called Paul one more time and he confirmed that he was delivering cars for the customers from December 2022 and I needed to wait for a couple of months more. In May 2024, I went to the service department to do the maintenance, and, at the same time, came over to sales to check on Paul. There was no Paul any more, and I met Robert Hall, a new senior sales manager. He told me I was the first in the line on the top trim and there was a car in production that was coming in 4-5 months. This car was exactly for me, so I needed to wait for another couple of months. Couple of weeks ago, I decided to call and get a status update on my car and guess what - no car is coming and no car is in production. I filed a complaint to Kia Canada describing the situation. I got reply that they were not responsible for any dealership. Go and make arrangement with the dealership directly. Thank you Kia. In summary, the dealership were using my money for 1.5 years for free without any legal obligations. Kia just shrugged their shoulders and told me that they could do nothing. Unprofessional behavior, scamming, and negligence to the responsibilities that what exactly you get if you come here. Please, think twice More
