Don't trust them at all, run far far away. Their service centre is a bad joke. Brought my car in for a basic warranty issue, they absolutely refuse to cover a simple issue or even compromise. Their service centre is a bad joke. Brought my car in for a basic warranty issue, they absolutely refuse to cover a simple issue or even compromise. They change their reasons like the wind and lie to your face to avoid covering a legit claim. They changed their reason 4 times as to why my part was not covered then sunk as low as to say my proof of service was 'not typed' (most of it was, and was not shady at all), and that a license plate, make, model, colour and year was not proof enough that it was my car that got serviced, it needed to be my VIN (on my customer copy of course). ZERO COMPROMISE. Please just google about their warranty abuse, and BBB claims, before going here and save yourself a future headache. I'm glad they exposed themselves over a relatively small issue before something major went really bad. More
