TERRIBLE! I've been a client there for about 20 years leasing vehicules. Was never fully satisfied with the service but thought that is just how it is to deal w I've been a client there for about 20 years leasing vehicules. Was never fully satisfied with the service but thought that is just how it is to deal with car dealerships, and also because I hate shopping for cars. My lease was coming to an end and was looking to buy the next one. They gave us some quotes on civic and accord. I went back 2 days later with the intention of going with the civic but found out a lot of hidden fees that were not mentioned. They lost all my trust and a loyal client. I wouldn't recommend this place, go somewhere else More

Refuse to reimburse deposit. No return of several calls. Do not make deposit, if the transaction wont get through, it just a hassle to get it back, not like other dealers. On a ete malhonnête avec moi . Manque de communication . On m'a prit 500 $ de mon cash down alors qu'on m'a dit qu'on me remettrait ce montant. On m'a chargé un montant bisemestriel sur 181 paiement plutot q On m'a prit 500 $ de mon cash down alors qu'on m'a dit qu'on me remettrait ce montant. On m'a chargé un montant bisemestriel sur 181 paiement plutot que sur 84 mois comme on m'avait dit. Même si j'ai contesté verbalement ce cash down de 500 $ non remis comme prévu je n'ai pas eu gain de cause auprès du gérant . On m'a chargé 6000$ sur véhicule de location en échange sans me le dire alors que j'ai posé la question combien me coûtait au total le vehicule que j'achetais , résultat je n'ai eu la réponse que lors de la prise de possession du vehicule et ce de peine et de misère. Ne vous fier pas à l'honneteté des vendeurs et autres. Je ne recommanderai plus ce concessionnaire à mes collègues de travail, famille et amies et pourtant j'ai toujours acheté que des Honda tout au long de ma vie mais la c'est fini!! More
