great, infomative, friendly service I recently traded in my 2011 Soul Kia for a 2015 Soul. I was in for an oil change and saw the new models. While there we started talking with one of I recently traded in my 2011 Soul Kia for a 2015 Soul. I was in for an oil change and saw the new models. While there we started talking with one of your sales reps - Mike Cellone. He told us about the new models and what he thought we could get for my 2011. He was very personable and not pushy as far as trying to do a trade in, but gave us some information and we left. We took about a week before making a decision and finally called Mike and went in. We spoke with him again and had the new Mustard yellow Kia within a couple of days. Mike gave us a few perks. I believe Mike is the reason we went back and decided to do the trade in. I have been telling friends about my experience and especially about Mike, so I'm sure he will be getting more business, as we thought him to be a friendly, honest, knowledgeably sales person. They are also providing us with the best recommendations on how to extend the life of our car according to our budget. At the same time while we were waiting for the 45K. Km's service of our car, we did a test drive for a couple of 2015 cars that we liked and the sales rep called Mike Cerrone helped us with all the questions that we had and demonstrated a very good customer services skills while providing us with all the information on how to get a new car and how to trade in our relative new Kia Rio. We highly recommend this Dealership and a great service department. More
Everytime that I visit Budd's Kia in Oakville, I am always greeted with a hello and a smile from everyone. At the service desk Steve and Jeff always answer my numerous questions with courteous and prof always greeted with a hello and a smile from everyone. On this visit Jeff would tell me everything that the mechanic found wrong with my car and asked if it was okay to go ahead and fix the problem. I was asked if I wanted a coffee or something else. Budd's Dealership is the BEST Dealership that I have used since buying my car there two years ago. I will continue to use and recommend Budd's to anyone, who is in the market for a new or used car. Or is looking for courteous and professional service and is very clean too. More
I came in Saturday March 2nd, 2013, for a winter service package including an oil change, tire rotation etc. Ryan was very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome to the dealership and very appreciate package including an oil change, tire rotation etc. Ryan was very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome to the dealership and very appreciated as a customer. He spent time with me, made sure I was comfortable, and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. His service was exceptional and beyond what I expected and what I am accustomed to receiving from other dealerships and service stations. Ryan interacted with other customers and provided them with the same level of exceptional service and showed me that he truly appreciated customers and made them feel welcome to the dealership. Overall I was served quickly, the interaction with staff was exceptional and I was very impressed with the experience. More
Live in Ottawa and travelled to Oakville to visit family over christmas. I had just purchased a new Kia earlier that week at great dealership in Ottawa. On the night we had to leave to go to Oakville, someh over christmas. I had just purchased a new Kia earlier that week at great dealership in Ottawa. On the night we had to leave to go to Oakville, somehow one of our babies carseats got snagged and contorted in such a way that we couldn't even take it out of our new car. Being so frustrated and stressed to begin a long trek to Oakville, I even resorted to breaking the latch on carseat to have access for other things needed. My patience got the best of me and I decided not to damage the carseat. We drove down with this extra carseat all the way down to Oakville. Next day, I thought i'd try to see if a kia dealer in the area was open to hopefully help me with this situation. I called Budds up and they were open. I drove to dealership unannounced and talked to a young gentleman about my predicament. He told me to bring car into bay and he would see what he could do. He did his best to no avail, but I was content with his effort, but I figured there was no option. He decided to call one of the service technicians to have a look. This young fellow calmly looked at the situation and fiddled around with the latches and carseat. He figured where there were release screws that he could loosen to take out the bar to release the car belt. It was tricky and he needed some varying tools, but he did it. Thank you so much to those 2 guys for helping us with an embarrassing problem. We were there on Sat Dec 22nd in afternoon. It's nice to see Kia maintains great dealerships in different cities! More
