Great customer service! Unlike other Kia dealerships I've had some bad experiences at other Kia dealerships in the past but the level of service that I received at this dealership, especially dealing wit I've had some bad experiences at other Kia dealerships in the past but the level of service that I received at this dealership, especially dealing with John, has been a welcoming surprise. I've had a couple pretty major repairs on my vehicle in the last year and John has been phenomenal to deal with in both instances.
