As I drove the Soul Jack continued to reply to all my concerns about the brand's operation. I traded-in my vehicle and the entire process to Lease the new KIA went by effortlessly and within 1 hour I was approved and had purchased the KIA Soul. I wish every situation of my daily life would be as pleasant as the time spent at Lockwood KIA! Overall I was impressed with the dealership, both the vehicle and a staff. I plan to buy here for my next purchase and highly recommend them. Vehicle was nicely presented, has driven great and was reasonably priced. Charles was laid back answering or following up with my questions and allowed me to take as long a test drive as I wanted. This had a significant impact on my decision compared to other dealers on a short preset route without taking it out on the highway. My constructive points would be to have more knowledge on working the vehicle instruments, the nav and blu tooth took forever to figure out. Also, while I get it, its their job, their finance department is overly aggressive and in addition to everything else, was trying to sell me protections the car already had (e.g. rust module and paint and interior protection). Again, they should have better knowledge of their inventory. They were firm on the price, but compared to the market, it was still reasonably priced, firm but fair, the same as I conduct my business, which I respect. Phil L. Toronto, Ont More
