Hello Elizabeth, We had worked with you on a Saturday and made a deal on a pre-owned vehicle over the phone. After the deal was made we took a $1,000 deposit and sent you a Purchase Agreement to sign immediately. We followed up with you first thing Monday to ask for a signed copy of the purchase agreement and you said you wouldn't sign it without our signatures first. We then resent you the purchase agreement along with a copy of the ownership for the vehicle ( as per your request ) and asked you to return a signed copy of the purchase agreement. After 4 days of not receiving a signed purchase agreement we refunded your $1,000 deposit and sold it to another client who was eager to purchase the vehicle. We held this vehicle for you for 4 business days however without a signed purchase agreement we do not have a contract in place and cannot hold the vehicle. We would have loved to sell you the vehicle and gave you all the opportunity to purchase it first. We appreciate the opportunity and wish you the best in finding your next vehicle.

Well if you value a signed bill of sale don’t take a deposit. Or say this sale isn’t valid until we get the bill of sale. To every other person a deposit means a car is being held. Not to you apparently. Nice service. And great at getting information in a timely fashion. Unless it’s selling a car out from under you. You didn’t request the bill of sale be signed immediately. And never sent the registration or requested bill of sale until Wednesday night. You didn’t refund my money before selling it. You called to say we sold it and will now refund your deposit. Thanks
