Awesome!! Other dealerships should learn from Lockwood Kia! Having spent months looking at new and used cars, I became overwhelmed, unimpressed, and discouraged by the aggressive sales/marketing game that most Having spent months looking at new and used cars, I became overwhelmed, unimpressed, and discouraged by the aggressive sales/marketing game that most dealerships play [persistent calls, emails, and even texts!]. That all changed when I decided to step into Lockwood Kia. I can easily say it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Dave, Armando, Trent, and Michael-you can't forget the awesome reception team too. Dave has a great approach to sales; informative, candid, friendly, and easy-going (no surprise I saw a sales-person of the year award on his desk). I test drove three times before buying the car and each time I visited the dealership, the experience was the same- great service, great staff, great atmosphere. Armando also helped out while Dave was on vacation and I would happily recommend him too. Trent was very easy to work with on the deal and was always professional, amiable, and not pushy at all. He obviously sets the tone for the sales staff and what a great group this dealership is. There was a minor hiccup on delivery day, but Dave and Trent ensured all was remedied and good to go. I'm not sure all dealerships would have done the same. I didn't spend too much time with Michael, but he was very much a nice and enthusiastic help to complete the experience. When my lease is up, I can actually say I'm looking forward to returning to this fantastic dealership. Thank you, Lockwood Kia team!!! More
