I walked in on a Tuesday and on Wednesday evening I was picking up my new car and they didn't even have my car in stock they were able to source the car I wanted and delivery it to me in 24hr from the time I walked in. All the staff was extremely attentive and made me feel that I was there #1 priority. Thank you to Mike, Mike and Logan. I love my new car and you all made this happen for me More

Michael took over the reigns and was great at explaining things and thank you to Armando who provided a great overview on pickup. Everyone was friendly. They are selling their car and positioned themselves in a positive light (to be expected) but when challenged on issues they were very open to dialogue ... I liked them. The experience was positive. I am excited about my future with my new Sorento. More

Pleasant Purchase Experince Having known the General Sales Manager for a long time during my career in the automotive aftermaket business made my purchase an easy task. Both the sales consultant David Moore, along with the GSM Trent Flack made the transaction straight forward with virtually no issues. A small issue, but not the dealer's responsibility, was from the manufacturer KIA. They do not provide the dealer with proper paint colour swatch selection for the Cadenza, which I found a little absurd taking into account the price they ask for a relatively high end vehicle. When you pay $45,000 for a vehicle one would think that a true paint colour swatch would be available to see, rather than looking at a colour selection on a brochure. More
