I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I dealt specifically with Armando, Mike and Logan during the process of my vehicle purchase with Lockwood Kia. I purchased a 2016 Solar Yellow Kia Sou I dealt specifically with Armando, Mike and Logan during the process of my vehicle purchase with Lockwood Kia. I purchased a 2016 Solar Yellow Kia Soul SX Luxury. First off, Armando was great. Very honest and knowledgable about my financing options, the features of the vehicle and helped me choose the best vehicle for me. Solar Yellow wasn't in stock and he worked hard to make sure that he found me one and it was delivered to the dealership quickly. I had my heart set on yellow and he made sure I got yellow. This was my first new vehicle purchase and he made the process easy. I'm very thankful that he was there to help, but he was also very straight forward with everything. I did not feel pressured and he answered every question I gave him (which was a lot). Overall, I cannot give Armando enough praise for all his help with the process of purchasing my new Soul. Mike, although played a smaller role in the process of my vehicle purchase, was kind and courteous. He kept me updated on the delivery status of my Soul and set a time that worked for me to come pick it up. Logan assisted me when I picked up the vehicle. He put the plates on for me (which I was thankful for because I would have messed it up) and although he was ready to explain the features of the vehicle, he understood I wanted to cruise around and figure them out myself. Logan was kind and personable, and also explained all the paperwork to me in a way that I understood. Overall, I cannot thank these gentlemen enough for their patience, kindness and honesty during the process of my vehicle purchase. I would absolutely recommend Lockwood for anyone in the market for a Kia. More

I walked in on a Tuesday and on Wednesday evening I was picking up my new car and they didn't even have my car in stock they were able to source the car I wanted and delivery it to me in 24hr from the time I walked in.
