I walked in on a Tuesday and on Wednesday evening I was picking up my new car and they didn't even have my car in stock they were able to source the car I wanted and delivery it to me in 24hr from the time I walked in. Michael took over the reigns and was great at explaining things and thank you to Armando who provided a great overview on pickup. Everyone was friendly. They are selling their car and positioned themselves in a positive light (to be expected) but when challenged on issues they were very open to dialogue ... I liked them. The experience was positive. I am excited about my future with my new Sorento. More
