I have always had a positive experience with a very knowledgeable and helpful GM, Michael Defreitas. He runs a trustworthy dealership that you can count on for all of your vehicle needs and services. Horrible Service Centre Bought a 2016 Sorento from Lockwood KIA earlier this year. Has under 20000 kms on it and we have had to take it into the shop 3 times. We just got it Bought a 2016 Sorento from Lockwood KIA earlier this year. Has under 20000 kms on it and we have had to take it into the shop 3 times. We just got it out of the shop (9/30/16 @ 4pm). After sitting there for an hour, their service centre told us in exact words "We reconnected the part, but it will most likely have to be fixed again" and "Bring it back in when the engine light comes on and we will most likely have to replace the part" Sure they have a great warranty, but 3 times in less than 5 months is a joke. I contacted Charles Divita to take the Sorento V6 for a test drive. A great vehicle, just a little large for two people. After a few weeks and assessing my needs, I contacted Charles and he suggested taking the Sportage Turbo for a test drive. It was five passenger seating vs. seven passenger. I was extremely impressed with the vehicle and the options that were included on the SX model. I picked up the vehicle on September 30th, one day after making a deposit. Within less then 24 hours, the vehicle was ready for pickup with a remote starter installed along with other accessories! First class service without a doubt. The entire process was seamless and professional. I never felt pressured and they helped me assess my needs in a vehicle. Thank you Charles, Michael, Andrew and the rest of the Lockwood team for a great experience! More
