Terrible experience at Lockwood I took my 8 month old car in for service and was told my car had an issue and was going to cost $800 plus dollars to fix. I was told it would not be c I took my 8 month old car in for service and was told my car had an issue and was going to cost $800 plus dollars to fix. I was told it would not be covered under warranty which made no sense to me I tried to push back but was told the warranty didn't cover my issue. I ended up taking my car to another kia dealership where the repair was made and covered under the warranty. More

Great staff, easy buying process I would like to say that the buying process was outstanding from my initial contact with sales person Adam to the finance representative Mike everythi I would like to say that the buying process was outstanding from my initial contact with sales person Adam to the finance representative Mike everything was organized and on time. I was able to test drive the Kia Soul a couple of times when I had just popped in randomly. The car was ready for pickup on time gassed and washed it was great to see car mats included as some dealerships Do not include mats they are an option. On the whole I liked the attentiveness of the staff and it was great to see a young dinamic sales and financial staff. I look forward to enjoying my new Kia Soul and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

I do think dealership should update to make it look like a Kia dealer instead of used car lot. Mine you the used cars are on the higher end. Over all great experience with dealership. I would recommend Adam Wood to anyone looking for a new Kia. Andrew Greco and Micheal Holguin were friendly and knowledgeable they made the sometimes crappy part of buying a car relatively painless.
