Great customer service for EV car! I leased a Soul EV recently. I appreciated that they made me feel comfortable by not trying to up-sell it. He also informed me of some valuable details I didn't think of asking about the charger, which wasn't available online or in the user manual. I also appreciated Michael went the extra mile to verify what other incentives I may qualify for, and found out I can also get a discount on the Kia Protect Appearance Protection because of the incentives. After reaching a deal I added some appearance options. The next day I changed my mind and there was absolutely no objection to it from Michael G. Thought I will change my review for making an effort to make things straight finally. Second Update: I am updating my review after two weeks of my five star review. The worst post sale experience ever. Three weeks after and sales agent has not yet sent the papers to my insurance company after he made promises multiple times. Many phone calls and multiple emails, voicemails and they just ignore and never responds. Not just that, we picked up our brand new car with some black spots on the hood. Logan promised it will be fixed in few days, again three weeks nothing. Never gave us an appointment and they keep ignoring our follow-up calls. Purchased remote starter with the car, still waiting for an appointment to get that installed as well. Called the Financial manager to see if he can do something he simply said he changed to sales now and he is not able to help. Someway to treat customers. First Update:We had a great experience with our recent Forte purchase at Lockwood Kia. They were not pushy at all. Logan was very friendly and took the time to explain the cars and their features . Sale paper work with Michael Houlguin was pleasant as well. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend! More
