Charles Divita was able to get me into my new Sorento at the price I could afford. He personally made sure the vehicle was in excellent working condition and that the price remained the same as originally agreed. He was friendly, supportive and went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. When it came down to the financing Michael Holguin was amazing as well. He was was friendly and called me to let me know each step of the financing process which I found very reassuring and helped me feel like I had control in the purchasing process. Great guys, very knowledgable with the Mechanical Breakdown Protection. Very patiently described the benefit of this plan and addressed any concerns I had. I don't know the name of the individual/individuals who detailed the vehicle (unfortunately) but WOW!!! It was absolutely immaculate! What an awesome job. Thank you!!!
