I had been struggling to get my dream car, Challenger, and been turned down by many other places because I didn't meet their rigid requirements, and sometimes the other places would even go 180 and back out on a deal-in-progress or the finances would not pass because they didn't think my credit score was high enough. I have been working so hard to be financially capable to get my Challenger. I really missed having one since a drunk driver crashed into my old 2009 one and totally ruined it beyond repair. My Service Advisor Mr. Giulio Michetti,really takes the time to ensure that all of my car and my needs are met as a customer. The former Service Advisor Jake was also awesome but he has since moved over to the selling side--I'm so glad that I found them. I now live in Ottawa and still make the trip back to Oakville because I think their service is stellar and I want my car to be serviced by the best.
