International Purchase I just completed a purchase of a 2018 Stinger at Lockwood Kia. I have owned more new vehicles than I can honestly recount. I have never had a smoother purchase or worked with a finer group of people. I agreed to the purchase the vehicle sight unseen, as I live in the U.S. Based upon my many conversations with the dealership, I felt confident going to contract and making a deposit. Christian was our Sales Rep who took ownership of every step in the transaction under the guidance of Mike the Sales Manager. Both were consummate professionals.I flew to Canada to inspect the vehicle which I found to be in the condition it was represented. No defects, no flaws, no problems whatsoever. I wish they had a US Dealership so I could buy my next vehicle there. But the experience was so pleasant, I may just make another long distance purchase when I am ready for another vehicle. Great dealership, great staff, great service. You just can't find a better place to purchase a vehicle!!! More

Amazing experience, amazing staff. When you see the not so good ones, you know the best! I rolled my SUV so I didn’t have much time to look. Drove from Toronto the Niagara, looking for a smaller size truck, was even going to buy one I wasn’t to happy about. I filled out what I thought was a finance approval for dealers ad, was I ever glad I made that mistake. To my surprise it brought me to Lockwood Kia and Christopher, I couldn’t be more pleased. He listened to what I needed for my senior father, asked what we would like, he actually found us a really nice truck. Then he found us an even better one! The staff is so friendly and helpful, it was such a great end, after a horable beginning. So to make a long story short, if your looking for a vehicle, go check them out. We spent several evenings at Lockwood looking at cars and discussing options and they all kept our energetic toddler son busy so the parents can have an easy time. You don't see that everyday! Charles Divita is a very knowledgeable and over-all sweet guy to deal with. He was very patient with our multitude of questions and even waited after closing time so we were satisfied with our purchase. He knows the cars inside-out. Michael Holgiun took us through the financing/leasing part of the process and explained everything very clearly. But watch out, his high spirit and exuberance is contagious! Michael DeFreitas is the GM and an absolute delight to deal with. A real professional. We worked out the pricing of the new car and trade-in of our old car all on his computer. Very transparent in the numbers were working with, so at no point do you get any doubts or feel you're being taken for a ride. In most other dealerships, you never even get to see the GM in any part of the process. Thanks Mike! Lockwood Kia is a model dealership for customer service and delivery.
