He worked with me to get my monthly payments to a number I was comfortable with and even recommended cheaper options. Even with some modifications he ensured that my car be ready and within 2 days I was zooming out of the Lockwood Kia parking lot in my 2018 Rio5! I am very happy with the service I received at Lockwood, every employee I encountered was pleasant and ensured I was hydrated and comfortable throughout the whole buying process. I was hoping to get a best deal due to 0% finance interest and somehow ended up paying extra a month for some additional warranty. I wanted to remove extra warranty but somehow it is already been done and there is no way to cancel it. There might be miscommunication down the road on both parties but anyhow, i still ended up getting the car and just get on with it. Went back couple of times due to faulty remote start. Waited for 2 weeks to fix the issue because they have to order the part. More
