Great customer service! Unlike other Kia dealerships I've had some bad experiences at other Kia dealerships in the past but the level of service that I received at this dealership, especially dealing wit I've had some bad experiences at other Kia dealerships in the past but the level of service that I received at this dealership, especially dealing with John, has been a welcoming surprise. I've had a couple pretty major repairs on my vehicle in the last year and John has been phenomenal to deal with in both instances. Always trying to keep the customer happy despite any issues with the vehicle being serviced. Thanks John! More

Great People Great Service So I was looking for a new car and came to Lockwood Kia. I emailed about a test drive on a Sunday and Logan got back to me that day after hours. He wa So I was looking for a new car and came to Lockwood Kia. I emailed about a test drive on a Sunday and Logan got back to me that day after hours. He was very informative about the cars I was looking at and gave every detail he can. So I came in to test drive and he was very professional and friendly. He sat me down and gave me all the details again and answered ally questions as a first time buyer. So after talking to Logan I decided to go for it and got a 2018 Kia LX+. The car was amazing and was the perfect fit for me, then on delivery it was delayed so Logan did everything he can to make it right. He went out of his way and made the whole situation easy and painless when buying my first car. I would recommend him and Lockwood Kia, they are great people who don't try and sell you just a car they work with you and deliver the best customer service I have seen in a long time! More

Frankly, we were dreading the process due to a bad car-buying experience we had several years ago. Much to our pleasure Yannick was low key and understanding of our nervousness. He provided information in a straight forward, personable way. We went into Lockwood looking for a used Optima. Yannick showed us a few other options including the 2018 Demo model - that we finally purchased. We were very open with Yannick about the fact that we were looking at a couple of different vehicles including one in particular that was at another dealership. Yannick was very professional about discussing the pros and cons of the other non-Kia vehicle we were considering. During our discussions/negotiations, Michael Holguin also worked with us to provide, pricing and financing options.
