Can't be trusted ! My nephew purchased a 2010 Mazda from this dealer. He drove it for just over 4 months when he was notified of a recall on the vehicle for early corros My nephew purchased a 2010 Mazda from this dealer. He drove it for just over 4 months when he was notified of a recall on the vehicle for early corrosion on the frame. He took the vehicle to Mazda who took the car off the road as it was deemed unsafe. When I received photos of the vehicle, I spoke to mechanics who advised that there is NO WAY this car should have passed a safety only 4 months prior. This dealership and its employees have taken advantage of a young man and his desperate situation by leasing the 7995.00 vehicle that will cost 17,000.00 over a 3 year lease for a car that is 9 years old. The car was so unsafe that it could have cost the life of a young family of 5. They maintain that the corrosion is not a part of the safety and they stand by the safety completed by their technician. I would like to download the pictures so you can decide for yourself, but I am unable to. Why is that ? More

My experience was awesome from start to finish I was in a bad situation as my car broke down in a shopping centre parking lot. When Mike heard of my dilemma, he immediately took action to try and h I was in a bad situation as my car broke down in a shopping centre parking lot. When Mike heard of my dilemma, he immediately took action to try and help me. First of all, he had my car towed away at no cost to me, which was a huge concern for me. He learned that my financial situation was not great, but that didn't stop him. I had no money to put down, and he still managed to help me. He got me into a great, reliable and safe vehicle. Mike actually saved me, and I'm very grateful. He actually brought the car to me so I didn't have to worry about getting to the dealership. Through the whole thing Mile was professional and courteous. Thanks so much for all tour help Mike! More

Great customer service! Unlike other Kia dealerships I've had some bad experiences at other Kia dealerships in the past but the level of service that I received at this dealership, especially dealing wit I've had some bad experiences at other Kia dealerships in the past but the level of service that I received at this dealership, especially dealing with John, has been a welcoming surprise. I've had a couple pretty major repairs on my vehicle in the last year and John has been phenomenal to deal with in both instances. Always trying to keep the customer happy despite any issues with the vehicle being serviced. Thanks John! More
