I went to another Kia location, but Lockwood Kia was the dealership that had the right car and offer! I’ve been doing my research on the Stinger and this car by far is bang for the buck, I was in no rush to purchase and the timing was just right. Charles answered all my questions, was patient and helped me make a purchase instead of selling me the car. Charles was also responsive in our email communications and he followed up with a personal email after our first meeting which was a nice touch! Charles was also the one to do the delivery and took his time to go over all the features of the car. Mike D. (General Manager) also made my experience a great one as he provided options that met my budget and an offer I that was best. Lily was professional, put me at ease and was on my side when it came down to the financing and paper work. Great experience purchasing my new Stinger I went into Lockwood Kia not certain if I wanted to buy a new vehicle or not. I was promptly greeted by Lake Heist and he was able to answer all my q I went into Lockwood Kia not certain if I wanted to buy a new vehicle or not. I was promptly greeted by Lake Heist and he was able to answer all my questions about the Kia Stinger. He was extremely knowledgeable and never put any pressure on me. We went for a test drive and I became very interested. Lake suggested I take the vehicle home for a few hours to better familiarize myself with the car and show my family. I was extremely pleased that I was allowed to do so. I decided to buy the vehicle and the staff at Lockwood Kia made my experience an extremely positive one.
