From the appointment booking experience to driving away with my freshly hand washed vehicle I was extremely pleased. The service advisors, Nicole, Cole & Chris, listened to me explain a few problems. Some with my freshly hand washed vehicle I was extremely pleased. The service advisors, Nicole, Cole & Chris, listened to me explain a few problems. Some easily attended to and others not. What is important is that they listened and offered possible solutions. I am pleased to have a recall notice attended to and a minor problem from a previous recall fixed. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The new customer waiting room is excellent. As part of my service the vehicle was hand washed;a bonus during the winter. I drove away impressed with the experience. More
Did not fixed the problem first time my car went in, took in a second time and over quoted me for work which would not have fixed the problem. Chris, the service manager failed to mention a wheel sensor code in a second time and over quoted me for work which would not have fixed the problem. Chris, the service manager failed to mention a wheel sensor code that was shown on both diagnostic reports from this dealership which was the route of all my problems. I took my car to another Honda dealership and my car was fixed under warranty. Did not cost the $1000.00 that I was quoted by this shop for something that would not have fixed my problem….. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! More
