Bad service dept since March 2019! They changed the service department staff in March. Tim the service advisor is AWFUL. He has no idea. The rest are trying. Absolutely Amazing! My Dodge Van broke down near this dealership. CAA would have been minimum one hour for roadside assistance. I was on a animal transport with 14 rabbit My Dodge Van broke down near this dealership. CAA would have been minimum one hour for roadside assistance. I was on a animal transport with 14 rabbits in cages — removing them from a very bad situation to safety and was on my way to Port Hope. The service department advised me they were very far behind so I explained my situation. Long story short — Van was over heating - they looked at it right away — replaced a hose/clamp, replaced the antifreeze and I think they also noticed that I was almost out of washer fluid as it was full when I left. They were about an hour and after letting the van run for a bit to make sure everything was OK, advised me I was good to go. When I went to pay them what I owed for the service, they charged me NOTHING. Yes, you read this correctly. They are truly wonderful people and I can’t express my gratitude to this Dealership. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! More
