As for Lincoln Heights dealership front and back lots, they are a mess to get in and out of late at night .As for a car waiting for back ordered parts, might want to move it back and away from the blocker cars at rear exit. Poorly lit with blocker cars being used for the rear gate. I feel a real BIG gate that rolls out of the way and some new LED lights might have prevented this mishap. More renovations are needed in back lot. Staff had also mentioned past accidents related to these lots. When we asked for a little help with the bill , our service staff member emailed bodyshop to have them drop the price. We thought maybe a show of goodfaith from the Dealership, not the bodyshop.
