My wife and I were looking for a very specific car, and I'd found the one listed through Kijiji. He was very helpful throughout every interaction. We're located out of province and couldn't physically see or drive the car but I was provided with honesty about the current condition with pictures and a video tour, as well as what was going to be done to correct paint, scratches, etc. The team at Lexus truly went above and beyond with their service. They made the process very easy and stress free (we also loved the coffee bar). When we came to pick up the car, I was blown away with the impressively detailed interior, I couldn't find a spec of dust and weeks later the car still smells brand new (even with 45k km). New battery, fresh service, snow tires on rims, and the yeti coffee mugs we're all very pleasant bonuses and we definitely feel spoiled.
