The kind you would like from any dealership and salesmen I was looking at the vehicles in the showroom to kill some time while waiting for an inspection on my car, and the experience manager Kelley Cuthbert I was looking at the vehicles in the showroom to kill some time while waiting for an inspection on my car, and the experience manager Kelley Cuthbert came up to me and kept me company the whole time. He showed me all the new features about the newer models, and he even took me for a road test. Even if I told him I have a Lexus already and I wasn't going to buy, it didn't matter one bit. He never pressured me for anything. We spent more than 2 hours together and it just flew by. When it will be time for me to update to a newer model, you better be there Kelley because I'll be looking for you :-) Dave Wowk, the assistant service manager also gave me a great service.
