Vikram Virk answered our many questions confidently and it was evident that he had done his research for us. Vikram is very knowledgeable with the Lexus brand and patiently educated us on the differences between the various years and models. We got to keep the car for a couple of days to be completely sure about our decision which was really helpful! There was no rush to commit and we felt very comfortable with our purchase in the end. Once we had committed, the purchase experience was extremely smooth and our walk through of our new vehicle was provided by Sophear on the pickup day. Sophear spent a good 1.5 hours with us showing us all the features that would be good for us to know at the start. A month later, we went back to the dealership with a rock chip issue and they efficiently repaired it at no cost. Our experience has been consistent with the purchase of our first vehicle and I know that when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will most likely reach out to Vikram again!
