I dealt with Mark Easton who was very helpful and patient on the search of my new car even though i told him i was thinking of changing brands of cars for the sake of change.I loved my older Lexus. He answered all my questions and emails promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. Lazar helped do the paperwork and was great to speak with.Amy was great as well.Christine's outgoing personality made the process positive and rewarding. From service to reception,finance to sales I received friendly help,the positive attitudes from the staff was terrific. Being in the service industry i can truly appreciate the teamwork at you're dealership compared to others,that's one of the reasons i chose to stay with Lexus. Microwaved Key Fob I am the lady who had her key fob nuked in her microwave at home. Unbelieveable!! The reason why we keep our fobs in the microwave overnight is be I am the lady who had her key fob nuked in her microwave at home. Unbelieveable!! The reason why we keep our fobs in the microwave overnight is because our neighbourhood experienced a number of break-ins and the police advised that we keep our fobs in the microwave or wrap them in foil paper. This shields the remotes from professional car thieves who can tap into your fobs from 20 km away and steal your car from your driveway. In any case, we were in a complete state of panic the next morning when we realized the fobs were no longer working. Thought it was only the battery that needed to be replaced. This was not the case at all. The entire key fob had to be replaced and re-programmed with the master computer. The vehicle was towed into your dealership by CAA and Brian (your Service Advisor) was on the case right away. Brian also informed the night Service Advisor (Eric) so that he, too was up-to-speed on what had happened. I also called Kevin (filling in for the Service Manager) to inform him and to plead and have my vehicle ready for pick up on the same day. Got the call in the evening that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle with new programmed key fob, not only did they wash the exterior of my car but the interior as well. They took this amongst themselves to do as when I would like to have my car washed, I normally request this at the beginning of my service appointment. All three staff, Kevin, Brian and Eric went "above and beyond" their call of duty. We commend them for their excellent customer service as they certainly exceeded our expectations on rather short and "emergency" notice. Thank you, Kevin, Brian, Eric, Shanice (the manicure is always perfect!) and the entire team at Lexus on the Park. We will always recommend you to our family and friends.
