They welcomed us to the Lexus family and a family it is indeed. The team went above and beyond expectations in terms of service and working with us to meet all our needs. John was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and really spent the time to listen to what our needs were and introduced us to a car that met what we wanted. The part that was most outstanding was his sincere willingness to represent us when working with the company to meet our goals. Lazar and Christine were extremely efficient and detailed in working with us through the paperwork and then going through the car itself. I highly recommend this dealership and team and look forward to coming back in the future. More

New NX 300h I had such a great experience purchasing my first Lexus (HS) from Lexus On The Park (LOTP) 6 years ago, that I had to go back to Mark Easton again for I had such a great experience purchasing my first Lexus (HS) from Lexus On The Park (LOTP) 6 years ago, that I had to go back to Mark Easton again for my second...despite the fact that I actually live much closer to another Lexus dealership! The level of service that LOTP provides is top notch. They are the "Four Seasons" or "Ritz Carlton" of car dealerships. Everyone we encountered - from Felicia and Tom looking after us when Mark wasn't around, to Mark showing us all our options (and Lexus swag!), to Kathryn and Stefani holding my hand through all the steps from the moment I said I'm taking the vehicle to delivery date, to "attending NX class" with the amazing Christine, and to Lazar making sure we crossed all the 't's and dotted all the 'i's - was patient, professional, friendly and understanding. They all made the entire experience painless. LOTP is a well-oiled machine with no weak links. I would definitely get my next vehicle from them again! More

Finally we thought there was something wrong with our new car when the tire pressure warnings went on. But Ali and the service department attended to it immediately, we had a nail in the tire, and the service department fixed it for free. All in all a great experience.
