A few minutes later, my service advisor, Brian Mitchell, processed my service requirements (oil change) very efficiently. He called me a bit later to advise of additional service that was required and understood that time was of the essence and was able to get the repairs completed quickly. I saw the car being parked upon completion and Brian called immediately to advise me the car was ready. No time wasted. Service costs are never enjoyable, but Brian and the other staff treat you with respect and minimize the pain. Thanks very much. Ron Hosking More
