Lexus On The Park doesn't feel like a car dealership. They are much better. I don't feel like I'm visiting a car dealership BUT am visiting my uncle Nick (Bales) for advice on which vehicle is best for They are much better. Then there is my uncle Kevin (Few) for advice on how to keep my car running properly. On my last visit I was in for electrical problems. Yes, I know the stereotype, electronics from Japan are excellent, but my car had a problem.. After talking to Kevin in service I was informed that I needed to leave the car for at least 3 hours and offered a replacement car right away. Being from out of town I usually plan to do 2 or 3 other things while in Toronto. I didn't have any other plans that day and decided to stay and wait. Lexus's waiting room is like visiting family. There are very comfortable chairs, with todays newspapers a very good variety of magazines, CP24 on a large screen and free coffee tea or water and sometimes snacks like baked goods and fruit. I brought my car in around noon, and I was offered a coupon for a free lunch in their lunch room. I was very suprised. The cafe was across the parking lot shared with Toyota. The waiting room is like you see in vintage photos at the airport. THE PICTURE WINDOWS LET IN NATURAL LIGHT WITH A GREAT VIEW OF THE AREA. IT SURE BEATS STARING at walls. There is a lot of space between the mini round tables with free WiFi, free news papers magazines and CP24., They have a quiet lounge there also which I found VERY SATISFACTORY. If I had to complain about anything at LEXUS ON THE PARK it would be that you can hear the car horns when they want to drive a Toyota car in for service down stairs. That is a VERY MINOR thing. If you want a dealership feeling you should go somewhere else, BUT if you want to feel LIKE A GUEST and not a dealership you should visit your extended family at LEXUS ON THE PARK More

I brought my new Lexus IS in for the first inspection, the one month check-up. Marlon was very receptive and got me on my way in under the estimated time, approximately 1 hour. The service guys cleaned the inside of my car, but too cold for the outside.....sad but true. John checked up on me to see if I was enjoying my new car, and I of course told him I love it. They gave me some tokens for a complimentary car wash when the weather improved. Great service, great staff. Enjoyed a coffee/some fruit and complimentary water while I did some work and waited for my car, which was done surprisingly fast. Thanks Lexus on the Park for the great service. See you next time. I recently purchased a used Lexus RX350 at the Lexus on the Park. The deal left me truly satisfied by a number of factors. I was pretty much locked on a car that I wanted, but this dealership had 7 of the the Park. The deal left me truly satisfied by a number of factors. Benjamin Momayez made very impressive presentation and was professional and accommodating. I left convinced that it was a good deal for both sides. As someone who has managed many sales people over the course of my career, albeit in the computer software business…, I respect the work of a good sales professional when I encounter it and I also appreciate getting positive feedback on my own team. My experience with Ben was one of quality, class and professionalism from start to finish. He listened, he was knowledgeable and helpful, he pushed without being pushy…, he picked his spots to upsell very well and he left me feeling great about my experience. I have always been treated with respect and appreciation at Lexus on the Park. I've had certain issues with my car and this dealer has always tried to resolve the issue even without charge, even once out of at Lexus on the Park. I brought my Lexus in for a tune-up and to fix a recall issue. Great service, courtesy car was ready - you were ready for me! Great and thanks! I had forgotten what time the appointment was booked for and called around 7:30 only to find out I was supposed to be there at 7:00. I'm never late, I've been in business for 30 years - never late. Always at the airport 3 hours before my scheduled flight, (international(, 2 hours (local). But even though I was late (I did apologize) I was still taken in right away. Picked up my car, it was cleaned nicely - thanks again. I didn't realize that when they fixed the car, they must have shut down the battery system as everything was off - the clock, the radio stations etc. I didn't know the clock was off until the next day when I was in traffic and on my way to an appointment I thought I was on time for. In fact, I was late as the clock was 11 minutes slow. I don't mind about the radio stations being de-programmed due to battery shut off, I can live with having to reprogram them, but if you are going to shut down the battery and the clock is going to be impacted - please re adjust the clock. It's a small thing but the fact I was late 2 days in a row, really put me off. Other than that, I always enjoy the experience. Thanks Chris Pires More

I have been searching for a Lexus for some time and as much as I like the make I can not same the same about dealerships! I have visited quite a few in the GTA area and it seemed to me that they were not interested in selling the car to me, eg. Showed me the car, said...I be back....never came back! Then I visited Lexus on the Park and it was not during my first visit that I finally decided to spend my money there. My negotiations with them lasted good few days and were not easy. During that time they treated me with respect, were accommodating and pleasant. I hope they keep up good work and if I am asked, I definitely recommend them. More
