Have owned the car over eight years and serviced exclusively at the dealer. I have always felt that they tell you when something needs doing it actually does, personal touch is always there and the exclusively at the dealer. During the December 2013 ice storm we had a tree branch damage the front end of our 350. I contacted the Lexus Inn on the Park Service Department. They immediately offered same day towing of our vehicle or shuttle service to/from the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, there was a spotless rental car available with documents available for signature. They interacted with the insurance policy and kept me regularly update on the progress of our repair. The repair was completed on schedule and when I picked up our 350, it was immaculate – inside and out. Later that week I received two follow-up calls to ensure everything was running well. The staff I interacted with at the Inn on the Park are very friendly and extremely efficient. I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to anyone! More
I called LOTP regarding service on my Lexus 350 which was 3 weeks out of warranty and in need of a major engine repair.I was immediately put through to service manager Abid Shivji who patiently listened to m 3 weeks out of warranty and in need of a major engine repair.I was immediately put through to service manager Abid Shivji who patiently listened to me about my problem.Upon bringing my car into the dealership for my problem I was met by the both Abid and service advisor Brian Mitchell who talked to me about my problem and sent my vehicle to the service dept. to verify my problem.After confirming that there was a problem with my car Abid said he would call Lexus on my behalf and see what he could do to get my repair done in a manner satisfactory to me even though the vehicle was out of warranty and had not been serviced by them.I left proof of service (oil changes etc. from another repair center) with Abid and he assured me he would be back in touch with me after hearing from Lexus.About a week later I received a call from Abid and he had worked out a solution to my problem that was completely satisfactory to me.I took my car in and was met by the service advisor Brian Mitchell and Abid and there was a rental car waiting for me and I was given an approximate time line for the repair.The repair was completed a day early and I was kept apprised of the situation during the time my car was in by Brian the service advisor.Picking up my car was seamless,Brian took care of the rental car details and I met with Abid who went over the work done on my car with me and made sure that I was satisfied with everything that had transpired.I would not hesitate to recommend LOTP for service. This is my first owning a Lexus. I used to drive a Mercedes. Having been my first service call with Lexus I found the service to be very impressive. Mark let the quality of product and high level of service do the talking and never pushed the hard sell. I also spent some time with the General Manager, Alistair Baxter, before I purchased the vehicle. Alistair is very Customer focused and has a "let's get it done" attitude that was very reassuring. As a Client, Lexus On The Park continues to exceed my expectations. There are many dealerships that offer quality cars but none can offer the personalized service and attention that Lexus On The Park provides. More
