John is a straight shooter who provides excellent customer service without pushing a sale. John was able to rush the sales process so that my son could drive back to Fredericton within 24 hours. He listened to what we were looking for and immediately showed us what he had on hand that might interest us (used vechicles). His attention to our busy schedules shouldn't go unnoticed. He personally drove to our neighborhood to show us exactly what we wanted, ES350, and we then bought it that evening. Throughout the transaction process he kept us up to date on all the details to the time of delivery. Upon delivery he was organized, effecient and made everything run smoothly. Throughout the entire process he was alwasys knowledgeable and quick to respond. Yin included a stuffed animal for our 2 year old son who we now call "Lex", very thoughtful gesture. Upon receipt of our new car, he and Josie Allen couldn't have been more helpful and detailed. Once the paperwork was finalized Josie then took us thru our new car and fully explained all the functions in detail. Her knowledge and calm demeaner was appreciated. We would highly recommend Lexus on the Park and encourage you to start your process with Yin. More

We considered several dealerships in the GTA, before deciding to complete our purchase at Lexus On The Park. We dealt with Eric Kuo who promptly replied to our email inquiry. Over the course of a few days we exchanged a few emails discussing what we wanted, and Eric was more than patient with us. He was clear, cordial and knowledgeable which gave us confidence that we were both making the right choice in car and dealership to make the purchase from. All that was left was for us to go into the dealership, sign some papers and pickup our new car. Once we arrived at the dealership, Eric welcomed us and walked us through some details about the Lexus experience moving forward and what we could expect. There were no hidden or confusing numbers, and no pressure to buy additional things we were not interested in. It quickly became clear to us why Lexus On The Park is the premier Lexus dealership in the GTA. This easily stood out as the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend Eric Kuo to anyone interested in buying a Lexus vehicle. I know we will be back in the future. More

Service appointment I came in to have my ES350 serviced and to have my snow tires removed and my all weather tires put on. Kevin was very helpful and informative - he gave me an estimated time that the work would take and he was right on the mark. I met up with a friend and had a nice lunch and my car was ready when I returned. After our long, hard winter I really appreciated getting into my car that had just been vacuumed and washed. Really poor service and rude behaviour. I was given an appointment for service of my RX 400h at 3:30 p.m. and was told that it would take about two hours. I reached well in time at 3p.m. and I was given an appointment for service of my RX 400h at 3:30 p.m. and was told that it would take about two hours. I reached well in time at 3p.m. and opted NOT to take the offered free rental car for just two hours. Also because the rental car persons were not only inefficient but bordered on rudeness. I waited in the lounge. At 5p.m the service person comes to tell me that they have "just started" on my Rx and realized it will take a lot more time and effort. It was really the breaking point as I had not only wasted half my day coming all the way from Mississauga but lost time on my business (which means cost). It also meant that I had to go back to the rude car rental people that you have in your showroom and waste another half day to come and collect my car next day! The next day I returned to wait another one hour before I got my vehicle and was dismayed to find that the free "car wash" offered as part of the service was just a cursory splash of water as my vehicle was still dirty at places - I showed that to your service rep. On top of that I was charged $25.plus for use of gas in the rental car which I had just used to come home and back to your showroom next day. A total distance that could not be more than 100 km for no fault of mine!! Just to let you know - a similar service at Erin Park Lexus was a very good experience just about six months ago. I would have expected the other way around because I had purchased the vehicle from your place! Sorry this experience has made me realize how little customer service means to you. SC430 Brian Mitchell went out of his way to welcome my wife and I to our service appointment. He provided us with a complimentary lunch while we waited in the cafeteria and called my cell when the car was ready. I missed the call, but picked up the message he left for me and as a result, my wife and I left the cafeteria. As we walked across the parking lot towards the Service reception, Brian met us half way. Since he hadn't spoken to me personally, he decided to go and find me in the cafeteria to make sure that I knew my car was ready! Prior to me leaving, he advised me of the service my car will likely require the next time my car is in. I found this comforting instead of the "surprise", you are due for some costly maintenance today. My wife and I thanked him for our experience at Lexus-on-the Park. We had a good day! He should be commended for the courteous and professional manner in which he treated us. More

Surprising Experience I HATE shopping for a new vehicle from pushy salesman who don't know much about the actual vehicles to the attitudes like they are doing you a favour. I HATE shopping for a new vehicle from pushy salesman who don't know much about the actual vehicles to the attitudes like they are doing you a favour. BUT LEXUS ON THE PARK whole new ball game it's not around the corner but WORTH the drive!!!!! We have been looking for a vehicle for quite awhile and had seen two options posted online decided to take a drive out to T.O. to look at them ...unfortunately both were already sold. We were lucky enough to be introduced to the Sales Assistant Benjamin Momayez whom took the time to really listen to what our requirements are and was very accommodating with his knowledge and suggestions. The dealership had nothing in stock as to what we were looking for so Ben asked if we could just give him some time he knows what we are looking for and he would find something suitable for us. Not long after Ben got in touch with us and said an ES350 just came in and would suit our needs perfectly, my husband is very particular so I wasn't getting too excited. Ben was nice enough to meet us halfway between our home and the dealership so we could take a look because our schedules don't give us much time to drive to T.O. and back during the week and definitely not on the weekend. I wanted a RX350 since we already have an ES330 but upon seeing the car I was sold. Ben came through with flying colours on all accounts when we picked up the car we were extremely pleased in the handling at the dealership to the gentlemen putting the 3M on the front as we arrived. The Sales manager whom also greeted us made our deal complete we left with our new vehicle and couldn't be more pleased with the deal from start to finish. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lexus on the Park and the Sales Assistant Benjamin (Ben). Rick and Maggie More
