The complete purchase experience is all about long term relation with both parties not just a simple buy and sell. I would and will be buying my next vehicle from them again and again. After visiting 4 Lexus dealership for a vehicle of our liking RX 350 Sports 3, we ended up at Lexus on the Park, We were to Meet Weidong Wen, who did an awesome job in explaining the vehicle with the Drive test. We agreed upon a Purchase number and were greeted from John Desousa and Stefani Kossingou who took over for rest of the details of Financing. It was the most warm welcome we felt compared to the other 4 dealership we visited. The paperwork was swift and never did we feel pushed or rushed. After a few days we went to pick up the vehicle and met with Rene Dhinsa Vehicle delivery specialist, who walked us through all the features of the Vehicle and kept asking if we needed more clarification or questions, he took his time and we are now enjoying our new vehicle. This is my 6th vehicle the other 5 were " here is the keys and the vehicle is in the parking lot, see you. One thing is for sure I live 4 minutes to a Lexus dealership in Kitchener and went to Lexus on the Park to purchase our new vehicle. That should summarize a lot. More

From the very onset, Kevin was a well informed and client-centric professional who (smartly!) avoided any typical pressure tactics and “arm-twisting” strategies. Instead, to my very pleasant surprise, Kevin was very sensitive to my requirements and considerate of my budget restrictions and to my needs for explanations and clarifications. He also followed up with me without being an unwelcome burden, even wishing me well before and after for a speedy recovery from a (routine) medical procedure. Overall, I am happy that I concluded a win-win deal with Kevin, and his boss Sean Johnson, and wish to commend Kevin for his professionalism and client-centricity, and to offer an unbiased recommendation to those of you who may be looking for a new or pre-owned Lexus.” The only slightly negative comment is that the buffing of the car exterior was not of good quality, which deprived me of the expected "pride of ownership" feeling when I got delivery of an expensive car with far-less-than-acceptable-exterior quality. Flat Tire Replacement I showed up unannounced with a blown tire. My car was serviced immediately, tire was replaced, car cleaned inside and out, within an hour.
