Nick explained all the features and electronics of the vehicle and ensured that the minor scratches and paint chips would be taken care of and when I came to pick it up, the vehicle was in immaculate condition. Thank you for the exceptional customer service provided on April 21 when my husband and I first stepped foot on the establishment. No pushy sales people...no pressure...no pricing gimmicks. Just a great professional atmosphere where customer satisfaction exists and means something. Mr. Yin Chan was by far the best car salesman we’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, he made our car-buying experience stress-free and…wait for it…fun!!! When we arrived to pick up the car a few days later, Yin was well prepared and the car was waiting for our review and test drive. He wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the car and all the specifics. He spent a considerable amount of time with us going over every detail and answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. We then got introduced to Josie Allen (Delivery Specialist) who then spent a great deal of time going over all the manuals of the car as well as the programming of the electronics and special features.
