Very satisfied customers. My wife and I have owned two Toyota Rav4s. We have been extremely satisfied with the reliability, comfort and performance of both models. Our latest w My wife and I have owned two Toyota Rav4s. We have been extremely satisfied with the reliability, comfort and performance of both models. Our latest was 5 years old so we considered trading it in for a new model for the benefit of owning a new car with the latest technology and warranties of course. We were a little disappointed in the latest Rav4 not having a V6 engine and the styling was not to our taste. We had a demo in a Lexus RX350 and were instantly hooked. Whilst we really loved our Rav4 and were sad to see it go we soon forgot it when we took delivery and started driving or our gleaming new Lexus. The dealership were excellent in terms of help in choosing the right model for us, no rush demo drives and any questions we asked regarding Lexus vehicles.They were fairly open to negotiations with regards to the trade-in value of our Rav4. Delivery was timely and the condition of the new car was absolutely impeccable. We had an hours tutorial on the many features of the Lexus many of which which were new to us as they were not available on our Rav4. We were given a contact number to call and told we could drop by the dealership at any time if we had any questions on the operation of the vehicle. The service itself was completed on a timely basis with no issues - with a follow-up by them to ensure that I was satisfied with the work done. The car came back to me very clean and washed. This experience was a non-event for me - which is exactly how service should be. I will continue to use them for service and recommend them highly. More

Three days after picking up a new Lexus, there was an issue with Abid made every effort to make this untimely trip to service a pleasant experience. Three days after picking up a new Lexus, there was an issue with a sensor. He offered to bring me a loaner & pick it up when my car was repaired. He make sure the part was ordered, received and properly installed so that I had the car that afternoon. Always polite & professional, he was helpful in getting me organized with a loaner. Even though he was busy with other clients, I never felt he was rushing me, answered all my questions, and made sure someone was there to take me to my car once it was ready. It was a very positive experience, and Lexus on The Park is lucky to have such devoted Service Staff. More
