The way the car business should be I would just like to pass on my comments about Lexus On The Park and the team there. I have been in automotive business for over 25 years and worked I would just like to pass on my comments about Lexus On The Park and the team there. I have been in automotive business for over 25 years and worked with hundreds of dealerships across Canada from the OEM (manufacturer) side. I leased an IS350 Sport a few weeks back (first car I've ever leased/bought as I've had company cars for over 25 years) and the experience with the everyone has been exceptional....from the reception (Rosina and Chelsea are wonderful, except I had to show Rosina how to water the plants properly!), up to the delivery (Josie is the best) and subsequent service. Professional, thorough, honest and always smiling. You can't help but want to buy and service a car with them. Let's just say I'm a little bit "challenged" when it comes to the technology in today's vehicles (locked myself in the trunk of the car.....twice :) but the car is spectacular, only to be matched by the people. I have known Alistair and Mark for years and they are absolutely the best. I've also dealt with the service team, as I hear "voices in my head" (kidding...really) when it comes to a tiny little rattle and they have been fantastic. Greg, Jeremy, Marlon and Warren (he thinks I'm a little nutty but I couldn't get him to say it). I have been referring people directly/anonymously to On The Park (Previously Scarborough Lexus/Toyota) and have never had ANYONE come back to me with anything but rave reviews. They deserve recognition from the new owners, Auto Canada, and can teach the other dealerships within their portfolio, on how to do business at the highest level. The current team is a reflection of the previous owner and General Manager, Bryan Rowntree and Gerry McDonald. Great job Alistair and team. On the day of pick up he went out of his way to pick myself and my wife up from our home, so that we could pick up our Lexus RX 350 from the Lexus on the Park dealership. Highly recommended. On the day of pick up we were introduced to Josie ALLEN who is the delivery specialist, she informed us all the features that are SUV comes with.... as it does comes with a lot of features. Cheap.. We were at Lexus on the park just the other day to get our car serviced and tire change. After the brake pad and rotor change the total bill came out We were at Lexus on the park just the other day to get our car serviced and tire change. After the brake pad and rotor change the total bill came out just over $950 which was totally fine but what really bothered me was that the fact that they gave us a Toyota Corolla as a loaner instead of Lexus just because we did not purchase our Lexus at this location, even with $950 service bill... And the service rep emphasized so much that the loaner was on the house that it wasn't even funny.. I know that you want to save money and all but don't make it so hard for me to give my money to you! If anything your dealership should go extra miles for new customers so they can stay with your location for future purchases and services, it's a simple marketing logic. Our experience at Lexus on the Park was just so poor compared to our other Lexus dealership expectations. More

Josie showed me how the car works, is knowledgeable and charming. Fortunately for me, she has made herself available for re-explaining some instructions that I have forgotten.
