I visited the dealership in early Dec for the 8K maintenance and dealt with Kerri. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The work was done as expected and on time. In addition, Kerri appraised me of the availability of service to a damaged wheel rim, set up appointment on the spot.and arranged a loaner vehicle. My second visit which triggered this review was on 11 Dec and I dealt with both Dean and Lee. Once again they were efficient, competent and professional. Both, as always, were a pleasure to deal with. The rim repair was excellent and cheaper than I was quoted at another location (not Lexus). It is always a pleasure to visit the dealership as everyone, sales staff, management, servicing staff and others go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thanks to all. John More
