Lots of promises, no follow-up and ownership of problems. Bought a CPO at Lexus Gabriel recently and experience was mediocre at best. The phrase 'don't worry, everything is going to be done perfectly' was use Bought a CPO at Lexus Gabriel recently and experience was mediocre at best. The phrase 'don't worry, everything is going to be done perfectly' was used very often and yet, had to call them back multiple times to get issues resolved along with a lot of back and forth. The amount of frustration and annoyance over the lack of accountability was very disappointing for a Lexus dealer. - Car was not prepared properly. Missing accessories and car had body damage (dent on doors and chipped paint near the chrome strip). Had to schedule 2 appointments to get it done and dealer could not be do anything for the paint. - Lots of paperwork not provided. - Rental car was in really bad shape. - Payment for traded car took 3 weeks to be done. If follow-up wasn't done, car would had not even had been paid by the dealer. - Puncture tires and one was slashed. (although should had been checked more carefully upon delivery on my part) More
